Water's Edge and Lakeshore Cottages require a short walk from the parking area over natural and rugged terrain. These cottages require additional liability waivers and mobility attestations.

The Property
POLICIES
RENTAL PERIODS
The summer rental period is 7 nights, from Sunday to Sunday at a discounted 10% rate. Vacancies after April 15 will be available for nightly rentals with a minimum stay of 3-5 nights through August (depending on number of guests in the party) and
2 nights in September and October.
PETS
We currently allow pets in Edgewood .
Current Rabies Certificate Required.
Nightly fee of $35 per night.
Additional Security Deposit of $200. Dog cannot be left alone in cabin. Dogs must be leashed and are not allowed on swimming beach. Other restrictions apply. Please inquire for additional details.
BOATS
Canoes, Kayaks, Rowboats are
FREE for our guests to use.
We do not allow power boats at our property.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $500 is required to hold a reservation. 50% of the balance is required by Dec 30, with the balance due by April 15. Cancellations made before June 1st, if cabin is re-booked, receive 50% refund. Cancellations after June 1st receive 25% credit to future reservations. There is a $100 change fee for switching weeks after April 15.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $300 is required. We ask that you leave your cabin in the same condition as when you arrived. Required cleaning will be deducted from your deposit at the current industry rate.
LINENS
Blankets and Pillows are provided. Guests supply their own pillowcases, sheets, and towels.
GARBAGE
We ask that you separate your recyclables. Garbage disposal service is included in your rental fee.

ABSOLUTELY NO after dark check-ins due to safety

Late check-out will result in deductions from security deposit per hour
