Directions
- From Interstate 87 (“Northway”) take Exit 28.
- Straight at the light onto Rt. 74, following signs for Paradox Lake and Ticonderoga. Continue on Rt. 74 approximately 6 miles.
- At bottom of hill (look for “Sunder Land” sign), turn left onto Letsonville Road.
- Take the first left onto Fraternal Land Road (also known as “Lake Shore Road”- look for another “SunderLand sign at this corner).
- SunderLand is on left approximately 1.5 miles on Fraternal Land Rd. It is the first time the lake becomes visible on this road.
